Dan Vazquez

Biography

Dan Vazquez joined 400CM in April 2020 and is currently Head of Corporate and Distressed Credit Strategy.  In this capacity, he is responsible for sourcing, trade execution and risk management within distressed corporate and financials credit.  He serves as a member of the Investment Committee.  Prior to 400CM, Dan was a Portfolio Manager in high yield and distressed credit at Bluecrest Capital Management, and prior to that he was a Senior Credit Analyst at Southpaw Asset Management.  Dan spent over 10 years at The Royal Bank of Scotland where he was most recently a Managing Director in the Special Situations Group.  Dan began his career as an analyst in the Leveraged Finance Investment Banking Group at Lehman Brothers.  Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the Goizueta Undergraduate Business School at Emory University.
