Kirk Meyers

Biography

Kirk joined 400CM in September 2019 and is currently Head of Capital Markets where he is responsible for sourcing, structuring, surveillance, risk management and execution across structured finance markets.  Kirk joined 400CM from Wells Fargo where he was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Mortgage Finance Securitization.  He was responsible for generating and managing securitization opportunities and developing new products for both the lending and securitization platforms in order to broaden the bank’s mortgage finance businesses.  Prior to Wells Fargo he worked for Hilltop Holdings, a Dallas based financial company, focusing on distressed portfolios, entity acquisitions and other strategies for their mortgage origination platform.  Kirk began his career at Bank of America and was most recently a Director in the Mortgage Finance Group.  Kirk graduated from James Madison University earning a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Finance.
