Alan Landy

Biography

Alan joined 400CM in February 2015 as Director, Legal Counsel and was named General Counsel in May 2016 and Partner in March 2022. Alan served as the Firm’s Chief Compliance Officer from May 2016 until July 2022.  Alan is responsible for overseeing all of the Firm’s legal activity and is actively involved in the Firm’s compliance program.  Previously, from 2010-2015, Alan was an Associate in the Investment Management group at Schulte Roth & Zabel, LLP. Alan holds a B.A. in Economics from Emory University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.
