Ashley Berg

Biography

Ashley Berg joined 400CM in April 2020 as a Director and Head of Human Resources where she leads and manages the human resource function for the firm.  Ashley joined after eleven years at DW Partners where she began as HR Manager and was most recently Head of Human Resources.  Prior to DW Partners, Ashley held Executive Assistant roles at Brevan Howard and Morgan Stanley.  She began her career at Environmental Risk Solutions where she spent two and a half years as an Associate.  Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
