Elizabeth Ryvkin

Biography

Elizabeth Ryvkin joined 400CM in August 2025 and is currently the Chief Compliance Officer and Counsel. Elizabeth has over 15 years of experience in compliance and legal roles. Most recently, she served as Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Clear Sky Carbon Solutions Investment Management where she oversaw all legal and regulatory matters. She has also held senior compliance and legal roles at OpenVC, Aurelius Capital Management, DW Partners, Berenberg Asset Management, and Apollo Global Management. Elizabeth started her career at Oppenheimer & Co. Elizabeth earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and her B.A. in Economics and World Politics from Hamilton College.
