Joe Regina

Biography

Joe Regina joined 400CM in November 2015 and is currently Head of ABS Strategy. In this capacity Joe is responsible for the research, sourcing and analyzing of opportunities within the consumer, commercial and corporate ABS sectors. He serves as a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining 400CM, Joe was an associate in the asset-backed finance group at Wells Fargo Securities, LLC where he executed structured commercial real estate financing transactions collateralized by CMBS, interest-only CMBS, delinquent property tax receivables, and servicing advance receivables. Prior to this position, he was an analyst in the interest rate derivative sales group at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. where he marketed, structured and executed interest rate derivatives for specialty finance clients. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics from Wake Forest University.
